On the 22nd September, 2015, Share Radio’s Juliette Foster interviewed Pettifor for her half hour show: Macroeconomic View. Their discussion ranged widely from the unexpected August rise in the UK’s budget deficit, to the decision of the Fed not to go for “lift-off” (a decision which Pettifor foresaw back in July and predicted in a survey run by Wall St’s The Street); causes of the China slowdown (which Pettifor attributes to the Fed) and the outcome of the Greek elections.
